FIFA 17 OTW Cards Explained
We first heard the term “Ones To Watch” during a livestream by EA SPORTS FIFA earlier this year. It has been confirmed that the 23-man squad will replace each respective player’s regular card and will have the opportunity to receive progressive upgrades throughout the FUT year. This means that these player’s ratings and stats are not fixed like regular cards. It is important to note that they are different from their regular counterparts that have fixed ratings.
If you find one of these new cards in a pack you will have to make a decision as to how often you think the player will feature in each FIFA TOTW throughout the course of FIFA 17 Ultimate Team. Each time your player features their stats will grow in line with their latest TOTW inform. However if they fail to make many of the FIFA 17 Team of the Week squads you will probably be better off selling the player item on the FUT transfer market. It is important to note that these player’s stats cannot decrease however.
OTW Stats and Making Coins
The improvement of these special players all depends on real life player performances. If you think they are about to hit a hot streak of form it may be best to store them away in your FUT club and watch them grow. However, if you catch a live game on TV with your player featuring and they’re looking sluggish and lacklustre, you may be wise to offload before everyone else does. You’ll be aware that when others list players, supply increases and prices also decrease (assuming demand remains the same). This new feature adds another way of connecting real world football with FIFA 17 Ultimate Team. It is sure to bring lots of excitement for fans who love FUT 17 and watching their favourite players perform on the biggest stage. Those who love the challenge of making coins will also welcome these new informs with open arms.
